Iniciar sesión to Shopify Admin
In your Shopify store admin panel, go to Apps > "App Store".

Instala la app Morfoz
Search for "Morfoz" in the Shopify App Store. Select the official app and press "Add app". Approve the required permissions (product read, order read, customer data).

Conecta con tu cuenta Morfoz
En la página de redirección, inicia sesión en tu cuenta Morfoz. Elige qué tienda (Shopify) se conecta con qué asistente (Morfoz).

Start syncing
La sincronización inicial tarda 5–30 minutos según la cantidad de productos. Todos los productos, variantes y niveles de stock se transfieren a Morfoz.

Set automation rules
Configure automatic message flows for cart abandonment, order confirmation and shipping in the "Automations" tab.

Verify with a test order
Place a test order (Shopify test order). Check that the assistant triggers the correct automations.
💡 Tips
- If you use Shopify Plus, webhook speed is higher; sync is instant.
- If you have multiple stores, you can connect each to a separate assistant or all stores to a single assistant.
